HRSA electronic Grants.gov Submissions - Getting Started

To submit electronic HRSA applications, you will need two different accounts

a Cayuse/Grants.gov account, and a HRS electronic HandBook (eHB) account:
 
Cayuse/Grants.gov registration

Send an e-mail to dsp@uiowa.edu and ask for a Cayuse account.

HRS electronic HandBook (eHB) registration

Go to the HRSA eHB page and "Create an Account" for yourself in the HRSA "ELECTRONIC HANDBOOK" (eHB) SYSTEM
