The University of Iowa is closely monitoring the coronavirus and associated COVID-19 disease, and plans are in place to anticipate, minimize, and adequately manage its potential impact on campus life and operations. The Iowa Board of Regents, based on recent guidance from the CDC and IDPH, as well as the quickly evolving impact of COVID-19, is cancelling all university-sponsored international travel for all faculty, staff and students for 30 days (including spring break) effective immediately on March 5, 2020.
