Confused about when to request a Data Use Agreement (DUA)?  Are you unsure how to start the process?  Representatives from the Division of Sponsored Programs (DSP) and the Human Subjects Office (HSO) will present information about data ownership and agreements for data sharing and the use of data, including how a researcher can continue to access data after leaving the University of Iowa.

Topics will include:

• HSO and DSP roles in data sharing
• DUA – incoming and outgoing data
• Process for initiating a DUA – sample usage agreements
• Requirements for HawkIRB and Informed Consent Documents
• Resources for campus
