Principal investigators, study coordinators, and research administrators who need help putting corporate-funded clinical trial agreements in place are encouraged to make use of two new tools from the Division of Sponsored Programs. DSP has developed two new guides -- Get a Signed Confidential Disclosure Agreement, and Start a Clinical Trial Agreement -- which are available at http://dsp.research.uiowa.edu/how. Both guides provide essential information on the contract's role in clinical trials and take the reader step-by-step through who does what and when in the contracting process. More new tools are in development, so please check back in the coming weeks and months.
